We are aware that Clients want value for money when it comes to fees and we follow a policy of transparency of fees by offering fixed fees where possible.
If an hourly rate is charged then we give you an approximate estimate upon receipt of instructions of the amount of time that a matter may take. If an issue takes several months we send you an interim bill so that you can keep up-to date with costs and agree with you how much work needs to still be done.
- We will conduct an initial telephone and / or email advice free of charge
- Caroline will visit you at your premises for an initial meeting without a travel or visit charge. If advice is provided at that meeting any costs will be agreed with you beforehand.
- Clients receive a monthly Employment Law bulletin detailing important Employment Law up
